Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Qutab Minar DelhiNamaste and welcome to Indira Gandhi International airport, Delhi. As you arrive at the airport you will be welcomed by our Hansa Vacations representative who will escort you to your hotel for the night stay.

Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing
Breakfast in the hotel restaurant and then meet with our guide and driver in the lobby of the hotel to start sightseeing tour of Delhi. The combined sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi will include visit to many historical and cultural sites such as India Gate, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Qutab Minar, Lotus Temple, Humayun’s Tomb, Jama Mosque, Silver street ( Chandni Chowk) and President’s Palace. Leisurely night stay will be at the hotel.

Taj Mahal AgraDay 03: Delhi - Agra (205 kms/ 4 hrs)
Leisurely breakfast at the hotel and then take a drive to Agra. As you arrive at your hotel in Agra our representative will receive you and assist you to furnish all check in formalities. In the afternoon visit Agra Fort, Itmad Ud daulah (Baby Taj) and the world famous Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays) . The seventh wonder of the world and perhaps the most beautiful love monument ever built in the history, Taj Mahal is a different world telling the love story of the Mughal emperor Shahjahan and his beloved Mumtaz.
Night stay at the hotel in Agra.

Day 04: Agra - Bharatpur (55 Kms / 1.5 hrs) – Ranthambhor (By train)
After breakfast drive to Bharatpur - lying between the cities of Agra and Jaipur in the north-west is famous for Keoladeo Ghana bird sanctuary which is a home to an astonishing range of flora and fauna. Birds come to this national park in waves. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri- a perfectly preserved red sandstone “ghost town” which was the capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar, built in 1569 and deserted when its water supply failed.

Continue drive to Bharatpur and upon arrival, board the cycle rickshaws to the famous Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary, which is a wonder of the natural world and no less worth seeing than the marble mausoleum of the Taj. Here over 350 species of birds find refuge in the 29 sq. kms of shallow lakes & wood lands of the park. A third of them are migrants many of whom winter in Bharatpur before returning to their breeding grounds as far away as Siberia and Central Asia. Later transfer to Bharatpur Railway station to board the train Shatabdi Express to Sawai Madhopur. The train departs Bharatpur at 1540 hours and arrives Sawai Madhopur at 1750 Hrs. Upon arrival in Ranthambore, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. Overnight at hotel

Sawai MadhopurSawai Madhopur was founded by Madho Singh II and was known as Madhopur till the time Mughal Emperor, Aurangzeb, impressed by Jai Singh's wit, bestowed him with a surname of Sawai. From then onwards, Madhopur became Sawai Madhopur. Located in the eastern part of Rajasthan, Sawai Madhopur's claim to fame today is the Ranthambore Fort and Ranthambore National Park. Visit the National Park to catch a glimpse of the majestic Tigers roaming around in the open wilderness and also pay a visit to the imposing fort to turn a page in the history of Rajasthan. The village of Sawai Madhopur with the rolling hills of Aravallis and Vindhayas surrounding it is quiet attractive with a pleasant atmosphere.

Day 05: Wednesday: Ranthambhor
Early morning you will be escorted on a game viewing in the sanctuary by jeep/canter. Ranthambore Wildlife Sanctuary Rajasthan's most renowned wildlife sanctuary, it is 400 sq kms of dry deciduous forest, perfect natural habitat for tigers, and is set in the Aravalli and Vindhya hills, dotted with pavilions and dominated by a hilltop fort. Ranthambore was one of the hunting preserves of the former rulers of Jaipur and because of this the Maharajas ensured the environment was preserved and the forest and their inhabitants well protected. It has a good population of tiger and their prey species, and has been declared a "Project Tiger" reserve. Wildlife includes blue bull, black buck, spotted deer or cheetal, wild boar, a large variety of bird species and, if very lucky, the rarely seen leopard.
Afternoon again proceed for safari at the park. Evening at leisure. Overnight at hotel

Day 06: Wednesday: Ranthambhor – Jaipur (156 Kms/03 Hours)
After breakfast drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival in Jaipur – check into the hotel. Afternoon you will have some relaxed time in the hotel before you move out to the city to watch day to day life of the locals. (Optional) In the evening visit to the ethnic village restaurant Chokhi Dhani can be an add on attraction. Night stay will be at your hotel in Jaipur.

Udaivilas UdaipurDay 07: Jaipur Sightseeing
Breakfast will be in the hotel restaurant and then proceed to Amber Fort where you will enjoy your journey to the top of the hill on an elephant’s back. As an option Jeeps are also available, if you are not keen to ride on elephant. During the day you will Amber Fort Palace, Jantar Mantar Observatory, City Palace Museum and Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). If interested, you may enjoy a man driven rickshaw ride in the busy and colourful markets of Jaipur. Night stay at the hotel in Jaipur.

Day 08: Jaipur-Udaipur (By flight)
In the morning airport transfer will be arranged in Jaipur as you fly to the Royal city of Udaipur today. In Udaipur our representative shall assist you with transfer and hotel check in. In the afternoon take tour of Udaipur visiting Sahelion Ki Bari (The garden of royal maids), City Palace Museum and Jagdish Temple. In the evening enjoy photography while riding on a boat in the beautiful Lake Pichola of Udaipur. Night stay at the hotel.

Day 09: Udaipur - Ranakpur - Udaipur (90 kms one side by car)
After breakfast take an excursion to exceptionally beautifully carved Jain temples of Ranakpur. Gateway of india (Mumbai)Visit the temples and then drive back to Udaipur.
Enjoy a walk or leisurely stay at your hotel to explore the beautiful lake and surrounding areas.

Day 10: Udaipur-Mumbai (By flight)
Fly to Mumbai (Bombay) in the morning. Assisted airport transfers will be arranged for you at both the cities to ensure your comfort. Today during Mumbai sightseeing you will visit Kamla Nehru Park and Hanging Gardens, Mahalaxmi Temple, The Prince of Wales Museum and Marine Drive.
Night stay at the hotel.

Day 11: Mumbai - Elephanta Caves - Mumbai (Boat trip)
After breakfast head to the sea port near Gateway of India. Visit the Gateway of India which was built in 1911 by British Empire in India to welcome King George V and Queen Mary. Take a boat ride from Gateway of India to visit rock cut caves of Elephanta. After one hour boat journey reach the Elephanta Island to explore the caves. Later take back journey to Gateway of India from Elephanta. Kathakali dance at Cochin
Evening free to explore the city on your own.
Night stay at the hotel.

Day 12: Bombay - Cochin (By flight)
After lavish breakfast at the hotel restaurant fly to Cochin from Mumbai airport. Transfers and check in at Cochin hotel. Later sightseeing tour in Cochin will include visit to Dutch Palace (Mattancherry Palace), Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church and Chinese fishing nets. Kathakali dance and martial art performance can be arranged optionally, in the evening. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 13: Cochin - Munnar (130 kms/ 3.5 hrs)
Drive to the tea estate of Munnar through the beautiful tea plantation. The picturesque drive from Cochin to Munnar is going to be an experience you will cherish. On arrival at Munnar check into the hotel.
Later visit Christ Church and Mattupetty lake. Rest of the time free to explore the beauty of the finest hill station of South India.

Day 14: Munnar -Thekkady (106 kms/ 3 hrs)
After leisurely breakfast at your hill resort later drive to Thekkady wihch is also famous as Periyar wildlife sanctuary.
On arrival check into the jungle resort and Luxury Houseboat in Kerala Backwatertake a tour to the jungle.
One can also enjoy boat ride on the lake and nature walk into the jungle.
Stay overnight at the resort.

Day 15: Thekkady - Alleppey (155 kms/ 4 hrs)
Morning jungle activities and then drive to Alleppey where your fully furnished, air conditioned deluxe houseboat is waiting for you. Today you enjoy watching the green lands of Kerala as your houseboat sails on the beautiful backwaters through many villages and fields. The houseboat will sail during the day time and in the night it will be stationed near the backwaters. Your meals, night stay and morning tea/coffee etc everything will be served on board. Stay overnight on board the houseboat.

Day 16: Allepey - Mararikulam (35 kms/ 1 hr)
After sunrise continue your houseboat journey until you reach back finishing point. On arrival at jetty you will be shifted to your beautiful backwater resort in Mararikulam. Enjoy a leisurely stay in the resort.

Day 17: Mararikulam
Leisurely day at the resort to relax, enjoy the nature beauty or take some Ayurvedic massages etc.

Day 18: Mararikulam - Cochin (60 kms/1.5 hrs) and fly to Mumbai Departure
After having a leisurely breakfast you will be transferred to Cochin airport to board your flight back to Mumbai. Assisted transfers shall be arranged at Cochin and Mumbai airports to ensure your comfort.
A timely transfer to Mumbai international airport will be arranged. Our Hansa Vacations representative shall escort you to the International airport for your flight back home.
